Confidential & Discreet Packaging and Shipping
Here at Marijuana Accessories, we understand our customer's concerns about privacy. Everything we ship will be through plain cardboard boxes, nothing to mark glass pipes or glassware. Our shipping labels do not say Marijuana Accessories, and we do everything we can to ensure our packages are discreet.
As such, our packages are shipped to you in standard shipping boxes (Either a plain brown box or a USPS priority mail box, Fed ex box, or other shipping logo boxes depending on what shipping company you select). Our packages ship discretely - no mention of "Marijuana Accessories" on the packaging.
However, "Marijuana Accessories.com" will appear on your credit card statement. We cannot change this, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Marijuana Accessories reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. Our website has an “21 Age verification” activation prior to viewing and purchasing any item, this is to prevent fraud and from children purchasing any orders. We are very serious about preventing anyone who is underage from making any purchase from this website.
We do not guarantee arrival dates or times of any product sold on this website. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances, which may include natural disasters, duty inspection stations and other circumstances.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
WELL, ONCE YOU ADD YOUR ITEM/S TO YOUR SHOPPING CART AND START TO CHECKOUT ,
BEFORE THE PURCHASE IS MADE,
YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY SEE THE SHIPPING RATE, IF ANY.
We offer free domestic shipping for most of our items, with some low-cost domestic shipping in certain areas, click on the red tab on the front of a website and check with any 24/7 live human being who will attempt to answer any questions. We also offer low alternatives to international shipping.
International Shipping rates start at $31.95 for International First Class, and $31.95 for International Priority Mail, prices are subject to change depending on the market.
We ship everywhere in the United States. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO APO'S, MILITARY BASES OR P.O. BOXES. YOU MUST HAVE A CONFIRMED AND VERIFIED ACCOUNT WITH US. THE CREDIT CARD MUST BE IN YOUR NAME OR THE ACCOUNT HOLDER'S NAME THAT IS OVER THE AGE OF 21. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO MILITARY BASES.
Shipping Times and Shipping Speed
Please note that the shipping time does not include the processing time for packaging and creating orders. Once your order is placed, our shipping team works hard to get that order packaged up well and sent out to you. If as an example the order is placed before 10 A.M., the majority of orders are shipped the same day. However, unforeseeable delays may occasionally occur, and processing times can take up to two or more days. In rare cases of holiday or special sales, processing times can be between 3-8 days. Rest assured the increased processing time simply means our shippers need a tiny bit more time to carefully treat each and every order with kid gloves. Orders are not packaged on U.S Holidays and other instances in which the postal services are closed. Shipping times do not guarantee package arrival date.
All of our packages are shipped out via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We offer a variety of shipping speeds through these carriers. Tracking labels are sent out via email once the package is picked up by the shipping carrier. You will not receive a tracking number email until your package has been processed, packaged, and labeled for pick up by the postal service. You can track the status of your order using our order tracking tool here.
Items Damaged during Shipping
ALL packages which are broken during shipping will be replaced with the same piece or an equivalent piece which has been agreed upon between Marijuana Accessories and the customer. Broken packages must be photographed and documented before a return package will be sent out. Marijuana Accessories representatives will inspect the “meta tag” information on the images sent for verification purposes. Marijuana Accessories must be informed of the break, damage, scuffing, marring, dents, scratches, missing part/s within two days of the customer receiving the package.
Best Foot Forward: For all packages damaged or broken in shipping, we will remedy this issue as soon as we possibly can. Our mission is to assist you and remedy the problem and or issue as soon as possible. We will always be available to take your phone call and or email. We do not play hide the ball; we take pride in assisting you to make things better. However, we do ask you remain civil and patient in allowing the process to take place.

IMPORTANT: WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT ITEMS THAT ARE COMPLETELY UNUSED. IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN USED, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED IT IS CONSIDERED USED.
MOREOVER, THE ITEM MUST CONTAIN ALL PARTS AND OR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. TO BE FAIR WE UNDERSTAND ON OCCASIONS THERE WILL BE UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, BUT UNLESS YOU TELL US WE WILL NEVER KNOW, SO IT IS IMPORTANT YOU UNDERSTAND IT IS NECESSARY TO COMMUNICATE WITH US.
If for some reason you have received your product, and no longer want to keep it, please make sure to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before sending out your return so our team can be prepared to process your return.

If we do not receive an order number or invoice with the package, we are unable to determine who the product is from, and will be unable to issue you store credit.
For orders that the customer chooses to return, we are only able to offer store credit for the returned piece. Customers must pay shipping and handling.
